Sven is a sweeper (aka. Bounty Hunter) who is starving for cash. When he thinks he found a person to capture, he meets an assassin nicknamed Black Cat, who kills Sven's target. They meet each other a few times after. However, it is not until Black Cat meets a female sweeper that he decides to leave the organization and join Sven. Also joining their team, Eve is a former target of Black Cat. Together they collect rewards from the capture of dangerous criminals and try to stop those who are corrupt within the Chronos, the organization, as those who threaten the peace.
